We also collect your IP address to determine the city from which you are connecting. This is immediately anonymized after use. RTE International cannot, in any case, trace it back to an individual person through this method.

Matomo tracking is applied to all site visitors but is configured to ensure complete anonymity.

Personal data collected (cookie identifier) is retained by RTE International for 13 months. It is not shared with third parties or used for other purposes.

Personal Data Management

RTE International processes certain data collected on its website.

RTE International provides you with the following information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, known as the "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR).

Data Processing Purposes

RTE International, headquartered at Tour Lafayette, 2 Place des Vosges, 92051 La Défense Cedex, the "Company," manages personal data processing for handling requests received on the Company’s website.

This allows the Company to:

  • Respond to general inquiries received via the contact form;
  • Manage training requests (response, quotation preparation, contracting, etc.) received via a specific form;
  • Manage seminar or webinar requests (registration, organization, etc.) received via a specific form;
  • Conduct commercial and marketing prospecting operations (for individuals who have not objected);
  • Manage job applications received via a specific form, whether for spontaneous applications, job offers, or expert calls.

Legal Bases

The legal basis for the processing is:

  • For responses to general inquiries: the legitimate interest of the Company (Art 6.1 f) GDPR), namely responding to individuals contacting the Company;
  • For managing training requests: the execution of pre-contractual measures (Art 6.1 b) GDPR);
  • For managing seminar or webinar requests: the legitimate interest of the Company (Art 6.1 f) GDPR), namely organizing seminars or webinars;
  • For commercial prospecting operations: the legitimate interest of the Company (Art 6.1 f) GDPR), namely promoting our services and attracting new clients;
  • For managing job applications: the execution of pre-contractual measures (Art 6.1 b) GDPR);

Data marked with an asterisk in the form must be provided to allow the Company to process your request.

Categories of Data Processed

The processed data includes: title, last name, first name, email address, phone number, company, title, and country.

For job applications, the following are also processed:

  • Other information provided on the specific form, such as skills, interest in short-term or expatriation assignments;
  • Information on CVs/cover letters if attached.

Data Subjects

The data processing concerns anyone filling out a form on the Company’s website: client, provider, supplier, prospect, candidate, etc.

Recipients of Data

Depending on their respective needs, the recipients of all or part of the data include the relevant internal departments of the Company, primarily the commercial department, the relevant service line departments, and the HR support services.

Data Transfers Outside the EU

No data is transferred outside the European Union.

Data Retention Period

Data is retained for 5 years from the collection date, except for:

  • Commercial prospecting operations, if the individual exercises their right to object;
  • Job applications, where data is retained for 2 years after the last contact with RTE International, unless the candidate objects to data retention, or agrees to a longer retention period.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, or request the deletion of your data.

You also have the right to restrict the processing of your data.

You can also exercise your right to object to data processing for processing based on legitimate interests, and your right to data portability for processing based on the execution of pre-contractual measures.
